Your apartment near Brunico/Bruneck is cleaned three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We clean the whole holiday apartment, with the exception of the kitchenette. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Our smaller apartments in Val Pusteria/Pustertal are designed for two people at least and four at the most, the large ones for four people at least and six at the most.
We charge the following prices per person with three people or more and with five people or more in the large apartments.
3 to 6 years old: 50% of the room rate
7 to 11 years old: 70% of the room rate
From 12 years old: 80% of the room rate
We do not allow pets.
On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Please vacate your room or suite between 7.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Deposit payment: For the final reservation we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 20 % of the total amount to our bank account.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation is unpleasant for you and for us as well. Please inform us as early as possible. Should a booking be cancelled, the deposit will be refounded until 14 days before arrival date. We accept only written cancellations. In case of late arrival or early departure 80 % of the agreed, not used services will be charged.

Apartment prices
All prices are per person per night including breakfast.
You are also welcome to book your stay without breakfast. The price discount for this is Euro 11.00 per person. If you would like to add the breakfast on spot, we charge a supplement of Euro 14.00 per person.
In addition to the room rate, we also charge Euro 3.00 local tax per person and night (children under 14 years of age are exempt from this) for Bolzano/Bozen province.
In the evening you have the option of dining in the restaurant near Brunico / Bruneck.

Our recommendation for your stay
To fully experience the Puster Valley, we recommend taking a few extra days to explore the surroundings of Gais. Many walking and hiking trails start directly in the village, while the region's most popular attractions are only a short drive away. We are always happy to provide personal recommendations based on the season and your individual interests.
