Here at our aparthotel in South Tyrol you enjoy every imaginable comfort you need for an all-round feel-good holiday. The rooms are cleaned every day. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact us. We do everything we can to make your stay with us as wonderful as possible.
The rooms accommodate three people at the most.
We charge the following special prices with three people or more:
Children up to the age of 3: free
3 to 6 years old: 50% of the room rate
7 to 11 years old: 70% of the room rate
From 12 years old: 80% of the room rate
We do not allow pets.
On the day of arrival, you can move into your room from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Please vacate your room or suite between 7.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Deposit payment: For the final reservation we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 20 % of the total amount to our bank account.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation is unpleasant for you and for us as well. Please inform us as early as possible. Should a booking be cancelled, the deposit will be refounded until 14 days before arrival date. We accept only written cancellations. In case of late arrival or early departure 80 % of the agreed, not used services will be charged.

Room prices
All prices are per person per night including breakfast.
You are also welcome to book your stay without breakfast. The price discount for this is Euro 9.00 per person. If you like to add the breakfast on spot, we charge a supplement of Euro 12.00 per person.
In addition to the room rate, we also charge Euro 3.00 local tax per person and night (children under 14 years of age are exempt from this) for Bolzano/Bozen province.
In the evening you have the option of dining in the restaurant near Brunico / Bruneck.
